The room was spacious with a nice view and good air conditioning.

Will be back for a weekend. The staff are excellent, the hotel is quaint and with favourable location near to the entertainment district, many restaurants and shops, and a short ride to the Edison / Ford winter estates. The in-house bar is a nice plus. The services are friendly, including a clean pool.

Convenient location close to lots of good places to eat and the downtown area. the room with AC had a nice view of downtown 👀. Checking in was quick and easy, and there's parking right here.

Our rooms were a good size with comfortable pillows and a view of rooftops, plus the air conditioning worked well; we enjoyed the rooftop bar.

The rooms at this hotel are well-appointed and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony and kitchenette, they added a nice touch to the overall experience.

Its rooms are air conditioned, had a really lovely stay for a wedding. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was best.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short distance from the Florida Repertory Theater, and the beds are super comfortable with rooms that are a good size.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful old building and its impressive architecture. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of downtown. The view from my room showcased the breathtaking sight of an old banyan tree in the center of the city. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the historical district, just steps away from Broadway and close to the Police Station. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need, including a kitchenette and a balcony. I loved that there was a bathtub in the room, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Plus, the value for money is excellent, especially with breakfast not included.

The noise levels in the hotel could be improved.

The room was a decent size and had a balcony. the hotel is in a great location in a historic area, close to various restaurants, shops, a fitness center, and Fort Myers. - It's conveniently situated near the Arts For Act Gallery and other tourist attractions.
