Housekeeping was below average, missed room servicing.

Downtown River District offers easy access to boutique shops and a variety of dining options, perfect for an explorer. The rooftop bar provides a stellar view of the skyline, but just a little cramped when things get busy.

Navigating the hotel can be a little confusing with multiple entrances. I had to ask around to find the right one for parking. Maintenance definitely needs a kick—some of the decor looks tired and the A/C noise might keep you up at night. The breakfast situation isn't too great either. it's just not consistent with what's expected at this price point. Also, the parking is a hassle, especially with limited options and slow valet service during rush hours.

The entrance is gorgeous! I loved the spacious King Room that was both clean and luxurious. The nearby dining options offered delightful meals, enhancing my overall experience. The Seed & Bean served exceptional coffee and healthy bites that were a perfect start to my day.

The rooftop bar was closed during my stay, but it seems like it would be a great spot when open.

We had a massive King Room that felt luxurious and clean, and the rooftop pool though small, had a lovely view. However, the need for added amenities like a hot tub was missed. I'd choose this place again!

Also, I can’t forget the stellar staff who went above and beyond to brighten our stay, showing that even when things go south, you can still find a silver lining.
